CANCELLATION POLICY
General Principle
Each service offered on the platform is provided by an independent partner. Therefore, cancellation conditions may vary depending on the type of experience and provider.
The applicable policy will always be shown before completing the booking.
Standard Cancellation Terms
Flexible services
Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Scheduled experiences and reservations
Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before: up to 50% charge.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before: non-refundable.
Custom or premium concierge services
Once confirmed, these services are non-refundable due to preparation and allocation of resources.
No-Show
Failure to attend the booked service without prior notice will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Modification Requests
Date or time changes are subject to provider availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Force Majeure
In case of events beyond reasonable control (weather, authority restrictions, safety issues), the service may be:
rescheduled, or
refunded at provider discretion
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
