REVIEWS TRANSPARENCY POLICY

Purpose

This policy explains how reviews published on the ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] platform are collected, verified and managed in order to guarantee authenticity and transparency.

Who Can Leave a Review

Only customers who have actually booked and completed a service through the platform may submit a review.

Reviews are linked to a confirmed transaction.

Verification System

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] applies the following verification measures:

  • Only verified bookings may generate a review invitation

  • Reviews can be submitted only within 30 days after the service date

  • Each review is linked to a real reservation ID

  • Anonymous reviews are not allowed

Moderation

Reviews are not edited for opinion, but may be removed if they contain:

  • offensive or discriminatory language

  • false or misleading information

  • advertising or spam

  • content unrelated to the service

Moderation never modifies the rating value.

Publication Order

Reviews are displayed by default in chronological order.

The platform does not prioritise positive reviews over negative ones.

Sponsored providers do not receive preferential review visibility.

Provider Responses

Service providers may publicly respond to reviews to clarify or address issues.

Incentives

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] does not offer financial or material incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

Reporting Fake Reviews

Users may report suspicious reviews at: info@ars-attendo.com

Reported reviews will be investigated within 7 days.

Liability

Reviews represent the personal opinion of customers and not the opinion of ARS [at ˈtɛn.doː].
