The estate features six exclusive suites: four within the main house (two luxurious bedrooms and two studios) and two fully equipped apartments in the adjoining “Dependence”. Every room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and its own terrace or balcony overlooking the Umbrian countryside. In 2025, all bedrooms and bathrooms were completely renovated and upgraded with high-quality materials.

Surrounded by six hectares of private vineyards, La Villa offers breathtaking panoramic views over the valley and the soft Umbrian hills — combining peace, space, and exclusivity.
