These Terms govern access to and use of the ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] platform, including bookings of experiences, concierge services and third-party partner services. By using the platform, the user accepts these Terms in full.

2. Nature of the Service

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] operates as an intermediary platform connecting clients with independent service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] is not the direct provider of the booked service.

The contractual relationship for the execution of the service exists between the client and the provider.

3. Bookings

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • The client receives confirmation, and

  • Payment or deposit has been successfully processed.

Providers may require additional conditions before delivering the service.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may include:

  • service fees

  • partner commissions

  • operational costs

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] guarantees that no hidden mandatory charges will be added after confirmation. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation conditions depend on the provider and will be shown before booking. As a general rule:

  • Custom services and scheduled experiences are non-refundable

  • Date-specific bookings are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful information

  • Respect providers and agreed schedules

  • Not misuse the platform

Fraudulent activity may result in suspension.

7. Provider Obligations

Providers are solely responsible for:

  • proper service execution

  • safety measures

  • required licences and insurance

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] does not guarantee outcomes beyond the mediation role.

8. Reviews

Only verified customers may publish reviews.

Reviews must be honest and respectful.

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] may remove abusive or false content.

9. Liability

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] is liable only for platform operation and mediation.

ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] is not liable for:

  • service quality delivered by providers

  • indirect damages

  • force majeure events

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to ARS [atˈtɛn.doː] or licensed partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and EU consumer regulations.
